I would have thought that the usb keyboard would automatically be recognised when the bios post says usb support enabled? I have tried the bios rescuse ubs from intel and it works untill I have to press any key to continue.

If drivers are required for the USB device, make sure you have the d845gvsf driver from the device manufacturer.

I have tried serial and usb keyboards none work but, if I try and install ubuntu it will go so far and then stop at a command line then the keyboard is active?? Have to disagree with Colin on this one.
